5. APPLICABLE TAXES

6. METHOD OF PAYMENT

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

9. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

10. GUARANTEES

All the rights that the laws in force recognize to consumers and users are guaranteed. The services provided by this website are aimed at people over 18 years of age.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

None of the parties will be responsible for the breach of the obligations derived from these Conditions, when said breach is due to causes of Force Majeure, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation and, therefore, there will be no right to compensation.

14. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

The applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up these conditions, as well as any matter related to the services of the IBIZA ROOMS website, will be Spanish law. The declaration of nullity of one or several of the established conditions will not entail the nullity of the rest of the conditions that will continue in force.
